Gordian knot-cutting

I've wanted this wiki to take over the main page, but have been stymied by the "lack" of a Bootstrap flat-ui theme that replicates the front page.

I've wanted to extend the Bootstrap theme itself to allow markup-based switching.

But that has delayed me, lo! more than a year now.

Time to stop mooning about it, and solve it a different way. Some options:

1. select another theme per page/group in config.php
2. give up on flat-ui theme entirely
   1. or temporarily
3. keep momentum going
